Subject: BP Sports Oasis Project

Madeleine Dubé
Minister of Health
MLA Edmundston-Saint Basile

Dear Mrs. Dubé:

Honourable Minister, please accept my congratulations on your appointment as minister in the cabinet of the Conservative government of Mr. David Alward, Premier of New Brunswick. I am pleased to present the project on which I have been working since 2006, that of the Témis Lake BP Sports Oasis found on the site www.BP-sportsoasis.com. This project also has to do with the Edmundston to Grand Falls area situated within the perimeter of this oasis and partly in the legendary Republic of Madawaska. Therefore, I urge you to become familiar with it and present it to the provincial government, which unquestionably would be interested in developing this concept in other national parks in New Brunswick with the aim of inviting American and other tourists. For it is clear that the concept of outdoor leisure excursions, along with that of the BP town tour with Kim`s game, makes an interesting tourist attraction.

This project will soon take flight following the announcement of it in various media and on the Web. Two outdoor recreation excursions, that is A - Little Témis, and B - the Two Forts as well as three BP Town Tours of Rivière-du-Loup, Edmundston and Grand Falls are ready to be undertaken by tourists. The other outdoor recreational trips will be ready soon. Other cities in Canada and elsewhere will be added to BP Town Tours when appropriate. Therefore, since the baby is ready to walk, it is now the government's job to make it run (marketing) to attract tourists to experience several days in the Témis Lake BP Sports Oasis.

Sincerely,

Donald G. Plourde
